High Production Applesauce

   One thing about saving your orchard from the bear is that you sure end up with a pile of apples to deal with.  Peeling them is a pain in the butt, and decided to give this a try today.

Peels just a flyin'.

It worked really well, peeled an apple in 5 seconds.
It worked on these what I believe are Ambrosia, but not worth a hoot on the red delicious.
Back to the drawing board.
